Shipping to International Destinations
The Artful blingster offers international shipping upon request only.

Customs and Import Taxes
Any customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the receiving party. The Artful blingster is not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURN POLICY
The Artful blingster is committed to customer care and satisfaction. If, for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me via phone or email to resolve any issues.

Please note that although every attempt has been made to ensure photographs accurately reflect the items, colours may not be exactly as depicted due differences in monitor settings. Some images have been enlarged to allow for details to be shown. Because items are one-of-a-kind, please read the descriptions for specifications and sizing information before ordering to ensure sizing is correct. Items cannot be remade in different sizes.

Returns due to incorrect sizing or colours:
All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Items must be received in new/unused condition in order for a full refund to be issued.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns due to damaged/lost items:
A tracking and/or reference number is provided upon purchase. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or if it appears your package is lost, please contact the Artful blingster so a claim may be opened on your behalf.

For damaged goods, photos of the damaged item and the package in which it arrived must be submitted before a claim may be opened.

Kindly note that claims regarding damaged/lost items with Canada Post are time sensitive. In order to expedite your issue, please contact me as soon as possible.

Canada Post requirements for damaged/lost items: All claims must be submitted within 90 days for shipments within Canada or 6 months with all other shipments.

Shipping costs for returns in the case of damaged/lost items are the responsibility of the carrier. Refunds for damaged/lost items are provided upon receipt of claim resolution with Canada Post.

CUSTOM ORDERS
The Artful blingster does accept requests for custom orders. Please contact me via phone or email with a detailed description of what is required. In some cases, additional fees may apply but this will be discussed with the purchaser beforehand.
